Charles Maurice Blackman ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Blackman was appointed in command of the destroyer Fame on 9 December, 1913.[1]
He was appointed in command of the destroyer Strenuous on 6 December, 1918.[2]
Blackman was appointed in command of the destroyer Tara on 17 May, 1920.[3]
