Frank Ripley Gandy ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Gandy was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 93 on 9 May, 1911.[1]
On 1 August, 1914, he was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 077.[2]
