S.M.S. Seydlitz (1912)
Launched: 1912
:

The German battlecruiser S.M.S. Seydlitz was an enlarged version of the preceding Moltke class ships, boasting an additional foredeck offering enhanced seakeeping and reserve buoyancy. This margin of buoyancy seems to have saved her from flooding after the Battle of Jutland, where she regained port with her raised prow nearly awash.
