Invergordon on the east coast of Scotland was a minor Royal Navy base in the Great War.

It appears to have been disbanded around mid-1922.

Captain Alexander Farrington, 28 February, 1919^[1] – 30 June, 1922^[2] (his Service Record suggests a gap between two appointments, but the Navy Lists insist)

Rear-Admiral Charles G. Stuart, 15 May, 1940 – 10 April, 1942 (moved to Aberdeen during this tenure)

Commander Evan H. Martin, 20 December, 1920^[5] – 2 August, 1921^[6] (remained in post even after dockyard was closed down)
