Commander (retired) Peter Alison Ross Withers, D.S.O. (30 January, 1908 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Withers was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 July, 1930.[1]
Withers was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 July, 1938.[2]
Withers was placed on the Retired List with the rank of Commander on 9 October, 1948.[3]
