Commander Henry Thew Rust, (8 September, 1900 – 31 December, 1942) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Rust was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 December, 1920.
Rust was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 December, 1928.
Rust was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1935.
World War II
Rust died when his command, the minesweeper Bramble was sunk while escorting a convoy to Russia.
