Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Frederick Charles Russell, R.N. (7 March, 1875 – 15 November, 1946) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Russell was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 4 June, 1901.
Russell was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 4 June, 1916.
Russell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 August, 1922.
Russell was placed on the Retired List owing to age on 7 March 1925 and was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 12 August, 1930.
