Chief Boatswain Henry William Foster, R.N. (30 October, 1869 – 13 August, 1931) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Foster was promoted to the rank of Boatswain on 1 February, 1902.
Foster was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 45 on 24 February, 1902.[1]
Foster was promoted to the rank of Chief Boatswain on 19 April, 1918.
Pensioned at his own request on 12 May, 1913.
