Rear-Admiral (retired) Sacheverel Charles Darwin, R.N. (5 March, 1844 – 1 January, 1900) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Darwin was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 13 March, 1866.
Darwin was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1877.
Darwin was promoted to the rank of Captain on 30 June, 1885.
Placed on the Retired List on 1 April,1 892, Darwin was promoted to the rank of Rear-Admiral on the Retired List dated 13 July, 1899. He died on New Year's Day, 1900.
