Lieutenant-Commander John Campbell Seymour Chamberlain, (7 May, 1899 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Chamberlain was awarded the Ogilvy Medal for the year 1925 for placing first in examinations to qualify as Lieutenant (T).[1]
