Commander Reginald Victor Barton, (24 May, 1894 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Appointed in command of the seaplane tender Albatross vice Richard Sheridan-Patterson (or "Jackson"?) from 3 February, 1939 through 1 August, 1939.
