Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. Duncan Howard Foulds, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Foulds was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 7 September, 1940.[1]
