Commander R.N.R. (retired) Percy Reginald Vaughan, D.S.C., R.D., R.N.R. (25 February, 1876 – c. April, 1950) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Vaughan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 3 December, 1910.[1]

Vaughan was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 3 December, 1918.[2]

Vaughan was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 25 February, 1921.

Vaughan's death was noted in Lloyd's List and copied into his Service Record on 28 April, 1950. The date of death was not stated.
