Commander (retired) Frederick Abel Moysey, (17 July, 1845 – c. 1897) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Moysey was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 5 September, 1867.

Moysey retired at his own request at the rank of Commander on 4 September 1890.
