Commander (retired) Henry Edward Kellett, (27 March, 1855 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Kellett was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 23 June, 1880.
Kellett was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander on 27 March, 1900.
