Commander John William McDowall, (1920 – 1 March, 1987) served in the Royal Canadian Navy.

Life & Career

McDowall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 September, 1941.

McDowall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 September, 1949.

McDowall was promoted to the rank of Commander on 1 January, 1955.

He died in Honduras.
