Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Alfred Henry Hollis, R.N. (21 September, 1867 – 2 November, 1952) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Hollis was promoted to the rank of Gunner on 5 January, 1895.
Hollis was promoted to the rank of Chief Gunner on 25 January, 1912.
Hollis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 May, 1916.
Hollis was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 068 on 19 November, 1912.[1]
Retired due to age on 12 August, 1922, Hollis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander (retired) on 1 May, 1924.
