Commander Arthur Cyril Allen (2 July, 1892 – 24 DEcember, 1938) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
The son of Robert Allen, Esq., gentleman.
Allen was promoted to the rank of Acting Sub-Lieutenant on 15 September, 1912.[1]
