Francis Riou Baxter ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
On 15 January, 1911, Baxter was made a Midshipman.[1]
Baxter was appointed Lieutenant in Command of the destroyer Jed on 22 April, 1918.[2]
