H.M. T.B. 106 was one of seven first-class torpedo boats of the India Office class. Originally named Rajput and in service with the Royal Indian Marine, she was turned over to the Royal Navy in 1892, retaining her name until 1901.
Service
In 1895, she and five of her sisters comprised the first-class torpedo boat detachment at Bombay.[5]
T.B. 106 was sold on 11 October, 1910, the only one of the three White-built India Office torpedo boats to be sold before the outbreak of war.[6]
