Charles Frederick Ballard ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Ballard was appointed in command of the destroyer Angler on 15 December, 1909.[1]
In November, 1911, Ballard was appointed in command of the destroyer Kennet.[2]
