Captain Alexander Lowndes was an officer of the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

He was appointed to command the battleship Hibernia on 29 August, 1913.[1]

He was appointed to command Antrim on 23 July, 1915.[2]

He was appointed to command the dreadnought Hercules on 12 February, 1918.[3]
