Fleet Paymaster Edmund Frederick Estcourt Gibbs, Royal Navy (30 March, 1864 – 8 October, 1910) was an officer in the Royal Navy.

Gipps served as Deputy Judge-Advocate at the Court-Martial on the Loss of H.M.S. Montagu. He died on active service in hospital at Malta, aged forty-seven.
