Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. Robert Hay-Dillon, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.

In February 1917 he received instruction in Paddle Minesweepers.^[1]

Hay-Dillon was promoted to the rank of Temporary Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 2 August, 1917.^[2]^{[Fact Check]}
