Lieutenant-Commander Roy Bowmaker Foster, D.S.C. ( – 20 January, 2014) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
World War II
Foster was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 April, 1941.[1]
Foster was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 April, 1949.[2]
Retired 14 June, 1958.[3]
