Engineer Captain Philip Marrack, (21 October, 1860 – 25 January, 1911) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Marrack was promoted to the rank of Engineer Commander on 16 March, 1898.
Marrack was promoted to the rank of Engineer Captain on 1 September, 1909.
