Derry Parsons, ( – 8 February, 2001) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.

Life & Career

Derry was born in Penang Malaya, and was educated in Scotland. From 1918-20, he was in the training ship H.M.S. Conway. Upoon emerging, he was trained in submarine. He commanded Mallard.<ref name=obit>Times Colonist. Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Sunday, February 11, 2001 p. 32.

Parsons died at age 96.[1]
