Lieutenant R.N.R. (temporary) Rudolph Lancelot Wikner, D.S.C. ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Wikner was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 14 January, 1915.
Wikner was a gunner in Cotswold before he was appointed in command in January, 1917.
Wikner was demobilized on 5 October 1919. He was evaluated as "above average", but lacking in knowledge of the service.
