Captain (retired) John Henry Pelly, R.N. (17 December, 1848 – 9 July, 1920) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Pelly was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 8 April, 1873.
Pelly was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1888.
Pelly was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Captain on 1 February, 1896.
