Benjamin James Blower ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Blower was appointed to Sharpshooter as Chief Gunner in command on 29 November, 1900. Reappointed upon his promotion on 1 April, 1903, he remained in her as Lieutenant & Commander.
