Harold Francis Beckham Handley ( – ) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Handley was appointed in command of the first-class torpedo boat T.B. 035 in October, 1912.[1]
On 13 August, 1914, he was appointed in command of the destroyer Virago.[2]
In 1918, Handley was appointed in command of the gunboat Gnat.[3]
