Commander (retired) Frank David Brown, (21 June, 1907 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 16 September, 1930.[1]
Brown was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 16 September, 1938.[2]
Brown was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander on 21 June, 1952.[3]
