Commander Harvey Patrick Fleming, ( – ) served in the Royal Navy.
I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.
Life & Career
Fleming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 1 May, 1943.[1]
Fleming was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 May, 1951.[2]
Fleming was promoted to the rank of Commander on 31 December, 1956. He retired 12 August, 1958.[3]
