William Gray & Company, Limited was a private British shipbuilding company with a yard in West Hartlepool. It became a public company in 1918.
Shipbuilding
The firm built over 1,000 cargo and passenger ships, and only eight warships in the Dreadnought Era and an additional four in 1940s.
