U.S.S. Restless was an armed yacht purchased by the U.S. Navy in 1898 for service in the Spanish-American War.

Construction

Service

Restless was damaged by a collision with the torpedo boat Porter while laid up in New York on 2 December, 1899. Transferred to the Torpedo Station, Newport in 1911.[7]
