Admiral Eduard von Capelle (10 October, 1855 – 23 February, 1931) was a German Navy officer and Navy Minister.
Capelle served in the National Marine Ministry from 1891 and in 1904 became Director of the Administration Department. In 1914 he became under secretary. During this time he was a diligent assistant to Admiral von Tirpitz and in 1916 Capelle superseded Tirpitz as Secretary of State of the Imperial Navy Office.
