Bury Palliser died at Warehead aged sixty-seven on 17 March, 1907. A funeral service was held at Boxgrove near Chichester on 21 March and he was buried at Everton Church, Beds.<ref>"Deaths" (Deaths). Admiral Henry St. Leger Bury Palliser, Royal Navy (22 June, 1839 – 17 March, 1907) was an officer of the Royal Navy.
Early Life & Career
Palliser was promoted to the rank of Captain with seniority of 25 March, 1878.[1]
He was advanced to the rank of Vice-Admiral on the Retired List on 13 July, 1899,[2] and to the rank of Admiral on the Retired List on 15 March, 1904.[3]
Bury Palliser died at Warehead aged sixty-seven on 17 March, 1907. A funeral service was held at Boxgrove near Chichester on 21 March and he was buried at Everton Church, Beds.[4]
On 28 May, 1944 his widow passed away in Chichester.[5]
