Dar es Salaam was a minor Royal Navy base in the Great War.

- Acting Captain John A. Ingles, 4 September, 1915[1] – 29 March, 1919[2] (year of appointment may be wrong)
Some man, seemingly named "W. McC. Lunt" is listed in Apr 1919. I have no idea who this is.[3]
- Commander R.I.M. George H. Finnis, before December, 1918[4]
