Captain (retired) Frank Reginald Willis, C.B.E., R.N. (9 August, 1881 – ) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

The son of James Willis, an employee with His Majesty's Civil Service was born in Ealing.[1]

Willis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 November, 1901.[2]

Willis was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 November, 1909.[3]

Willis was placed on the Retired List at his own request at the rank of Commander on 4 December, 1923.[4]

Willis was promoted to the rank of Captain on 21 November, 1931.[5]
