Lieutenant Cecil John Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes, (8 September, 1867 – 22 December, 1899) served in the Royal Navy. He might have been toying with us on this last name business.

Life & Career

Twisleton-Wykeham-Fiennes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on [illeg] 1892, which became [ileg] 1893 when he lost six months' seniority due to a Court Martial on some matter involving "contempt".[1]

He died of heart failure at Union Club.
