Chief Boatswain Thomas Richard Row, R.N. (7 July, 1870 – 28 November, 1920) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Row was granted the acting rank of Boatswain on 1 February, 1903 and confirmed in the rank on 8 November, 1904.
Row was appointed to Monarch, additional, on 25 March, 1914 and served in her until 27 June, 1917 when he was appointed to Royal Naval Barracks, Portsmouth for Clothing Duties.
Row was promoted to the rank of Chief Boatswain on 1 February, 1918. He was superseded as Clothing Officer on 5 August, 1919.
Row was retired as medically unfit, suffering from bronchitis on 11 June, 1920. He would die late in the year.
