Captain (retired) Charles William Vane Tempest Stewart Lepper, R.N. ( – 15 May, 1952) was an officer in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Lepper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 April, 1915.
Lepper was appointed in command of the submarine Oberon on 5 November, 1918.[1]
Post-War
Lepper was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 April, 1923.
Lepper was placed on the Retired List at his own request with the rank of Commander on 18 June, 1935.
World War II
Lepper was granted the war service rank of Captain in 1946.
