Admiral SIR Guy Grantham, G.C.B., C.B.E., D.S.O., R.N. (9 January, 1900 – 8 September, 1992) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Grantham was a special entry to the Navy, serving first in the battleship Monarch as a Midshipman from 1 November, 1918 through 25 March, 1919.[1]

Grantham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 15 July, 1922.[2]

Grantham was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 15 July, 1930.[3]

Grantham was promoted to the rank of Commander on 30 June, 1933.[4]

Grantham was promoted to the rank of Captain on 31 December, 1937.[5]
