Lieutenant Philip Evan Fisher (14 July, 1858 – c. February, 1880) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Born in Ceylon, the youngest brother of Jackie Fisher.

Fisher was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 30 August, 1879.

Fisher was appointed to H.M.S. Atalanta on 1 October, 1879 and was lost when the ship disappeared around mid-February 1880.
