Lieutenant-Commander (retired) Frank Leonard Elliott, (27 March, 1876 – 12 December, 1952) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Promoted to the rank of Gunner 25 August, 1904 and confirmed in the rank on 4 October 1905.
Elliott was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 12 August, 1925.[Fact Check]
