Captain John Duncan Campbell, D.S.C., O.B.E., R.N., Retired (6 September, 1886 – ) served in the Royal Navy.
Life & Career
Campbell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on the Supplementary List on 1 September, 1913.
Campbell was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander on 1 September, 1921.
Post-War
Campbell was placed on the Retired List on account of age with the rank of Commander on 6 September, 1931.
World War II
Granted the War Service Rank of Captain.
