Post-War

World War II
Blake was mobilised on 28 September, 1938. He was sent to Liverpool to work with the Naval Officer in Charge and W.P.S. of the N.W. Area. In 1939 he was made the Service Equipment Officer on the staff of the Flag Officer in Charge, Liverpool. In mid-1943 he started work as Service Equipment Officer at the Radar School at Brighton.
