Commander (retired) Francis Clarence Richab Baker, (26 March, 1841 – 10 July, 1904) served in the Royal Navy.

Life & Career

Baker was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant on 10 December, 1861.

Baker was placed on the Retired List at his own requerst at the rank of Commander on 13 May, 1885.
