Commander R.N.R. (retired) Lionel Esworthy Foster, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Reserve.
Life & Career
Foster was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.R. on 1 January, 1930.[1]
Foster was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander R.N.R. on 1 January, 1938.[2]
Foster was placed on the Retired List at the rank of Commander R.N.R. on 17 March, 1949.[3]
