Lieutenant R.N.V.R. Willard Wayne Holmes, ( – ) served in the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve.

I have been unable to find a Service Record for him at The National Archives.

Life & Career

Holmes was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant R.N.V.R. on 1 August, 1944.
